AMENDED, RELATING TO THE OPERATING BUDGET OF THE COUNTY
OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2018
THROUGH JUNE 30, 2019, BY REVISING THE AMOUNTS ESTIMATED IN
THE GENERAL FUND (Kaua`i Fire Department — Two (2) Full-Time Ocean
Safety Officer II and One (1) Ocean Safety Officer I Positions)

I hereby certify that Bill No. 2731 was adopted on second and final reading by
the Council of the County of Kaua`i at its meeting held on January 23, 2019 by the
following vote:
FOR ADOPTION: Brun, Chock, Cowden, Evslin, Kagawa,
Kane shiro TOTAL — 6*,
AGAINST ADOPTION: Kuali`i TOTAL — 1,
EXCUSED & NOT VOTING: None TOTAL — 0,
RECUSED & NOT VOTING: None TOTAL — 0.
approved by the Mayor on February 1, 2019, and now has the effect of law as
Ordinance No. B-2019-853.
*Pursuant to Rule No. 5(b) of the Rules of the Council of the County of Kaua`i,
Councilmember Kagawa was noted as voting silent, but shall be recorded as an
affirmative for the motion.
