Chock Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Luke A. Evslin (via remote technology) Honorable Ross Kagawa (present at 12:00 p.m.) Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro, Ex-Officio Member Excused: Honorable Arthur Brun*, Ex-Officio Member Minutes of the September 23, 2020 Housing & Intergovernmental Relations Committee Meeting. Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Cowden, seconded by Councilmember Chock, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the September 23, 2020 Housing & Intergovernmental Relations Committee Meeting was approved. There being no objections, the Committee recessed at 8:55 a.m. The meeting was called back to order at 12:00 p.m., and proceeded on its agenda, as shown in the following Committee Report, which is incorporated herein by reference: CR-HIR 2020-01: on Bill No. 2774, Draft 4 A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7A, KAUAI COUNTY CODE 1987, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE HOUSING POLICY FOR THE COUNTY OF KAUAI (Approved as Amended.) (Note: Councilmember Kagawa was noted as not present from 12:09 p.m. — 2:11 p.m., 12:15 p.m. — 12:18 p.m., and 12:27 p.m. — 12:29 p.m. during discussion on Bill No. 2774, Draft 4.)
