Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) — Specialty Juvenile Sex Assault Prosecuting Unit, and approval to indemnify the State of Hawaii, Department of the Attorney General, for the Specialty Juvenile Sex Assault Prosecution Unit, for the period of January 1, 2020 through December 1, 2020 (subject to change due to the availability of funds), to cover the cost of a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, fringe benefits, computer, software, desk, and chair.
