permanent- Ms. Hill replied, not acceptable in terms of the zoning for the area.
Kauai Liquor Rules do not require a barrier of any sort.
- Commissioner's asked Investigator Reid Yoshida about the barriers around the
location. Set of barriers are around the liquor consumption area.
- How do you propose to enforce consumption of liquor outside the premises?
