HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2023-34COUNTY COUNCIL COUNTY OF KAUA'! l\esolution No. 2023-34 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENT TO THE COST CONTROL COMMISSION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA'I, STATE OF HAWAI'I: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua'i County Charter, the Kaua'i County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral appointment as follows: COST CONTROL COMMISSION Term Expires Andre N. Lister 12/31/2023 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval. SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Office of the Mayor for appropriate distribution.
