Carvalho, Jr., Chair, Parks & Recreation /Transportation Committee, on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 8:36 a.m., at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Historic County Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of the following was noted: Honorable Bernard P. Carvalho, Jr. Honorable Mason K. Chock Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Bill DeCosta Honorable Luke A. Evslin (via remote technology) Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following: Bill No. 2869 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, SECTION 23-3.7, KAUAI COUNTY CODE 1987, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO CONCESSIONAIRES AT THE SPOUTING HORN," which was passed on first reading and ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on June 1, 2022, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on June 9, 2022. Committee Chair Carvalho: We did not receive any written testimony. Is there anyone in audience or on Zoom wishing to testify on this matter? There is no testimony.
