Chock, Vice Chair, Committee of the Whole, on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 8:31 a.m., at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Historic County Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of the following was noted: Honorable Bernard P. Carvalho, Jr. Honorable Mason K. Chock Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Luke A. Evslin Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Excused: Honorable Bill DeCosta Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following: Bill No. 2876 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B-2022-886, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE OPERATING BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAI`I, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023, BY REVISING THE AMOUNTS ESTIMATED IN THE GENERAL FUND Department of Public Works Project Manager Transfer - $118,177 00)," which was passed on first reading and ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on July 20, 2022, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on July 29, 2022. Committee Vice Chair Chock: Is there anyone in the audience or on Zoom wishing to testify on Bill No. 2876? If there are no testifiers for this public hearing, this meeting is adjourned.
