Carvalho, Jr. Honorable Mason K. Chock Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Bill DeCosta Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro Excused: Honorable Luke A. Evslin The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following: Bill No. 2887 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B-2022-886, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE OPERATING BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, STATE OF HAWAII, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023, BY REVISING THE AMOUNTS ESTIMATED IN THE GENERAL FUND (Real Property Tax Tiered Software-$150,000)," which was passed on first reading and ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on September 7, 2022, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on September 14, 2022. Committee Chair Kaneshiro: Is there anyone in the audience or on Zoom wishing to testify on Bill No. 2887? Not seeing or hearing any, this public hearing is now adjourned.
