Chock, Vice Chair, Housing & Intergovernmental Relations Committee, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 8:31 a.m., at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Historic County Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of the following was noted: Honorable Bernard P. Carvalho, Jr. Honorable Mason K. Chock Honorable Bill DeCosta Honorable Luke A. Evslin Honorable Arryl Kaneshiro Excused: Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i Honorable Felicia Cowden The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following: Bill No. 2888 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6', ARTICLE 9, SECTION 6-9.4, KAUAI COUNTY CODE 1987,AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FUND," which was passed on first reading and ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on September 21, 2022, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on September 29, 2022. Committee Vice Chair Chock: We received written testimony. Is there anyone in the audience or on Zoom wishing to testify on Bill No. 2888? Not seeing or hearing any, this public hearing is now adjourned. The following communication was received for the record: 1.
