Kauaʿi police seek help with finding missing woman
LĪHU‘E – The Kauaʿi Police Department (KPD) is asking for the public’s help with locating a
missing person.
Rachel Vegas (AKA “PROMISE”), age 32, of California was last seen off Aliomanu Rd. in Anahola.
Vegas is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. She has wavy, shoulder
length blond/light brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt and black and
white baggy leggings.
Anyone with information about Vegas’ whereabouts is urged to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711.
