HomeMy WebLinkAbout11/15/2023 Public Hearing minutes on BILL 2910 PUBLIC HEARING NOVEMBER 15, 2023 A public hearing of the Council of the County of Kaua`i was called to order by Addison Bulosan, Chair, Parks & Recreation / Transportation Committee, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 9:14 a.m., at the Council Chambers, 4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Historic County Building, Lihu`e, and the presence of the following was noted: Honorable Addison Bulosan Honorable Bernard P. Carvalho, Jr. Honorable Felicia Cowden Honorable Bill DeCosta Honorable Ross Kagawa Honorable Mel Rapozo Excused: Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i The Clerk read the notice of the public hearing on the following: "Bill No. 2910 — A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE 13, KAUAI COUNTY CODE 1987, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO RECOVERY OF RESCUE EXPENSES," which was passed on first reading and ordered to print by the Council of the County of Kaua`i on October 18, 2023, and published in The Garden Island newspaper on October 25, 2023. Committee Chair Bulosan: With no one registered to speak, is there anyone in the Chambers wishing to speak on this item for the public hearing? Seeing none, this public hearing is now adjourned.
