COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
July 3, 2024
A meeting of the Committee of the Whole of the Council of the County of Kaua`i,
State of Hawai`i, was called to order by Mel Rapozo, Chair, at the Council Chambers,
4396 Rice Street, Suite 201, Lihu`e, Kaua`i, on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 10:59 a.m.,
after which the following Members answered the call of the roll:
Honorable Addison Bulosan
Honorable Bernard P. Carvalho, Jr.
Honorable Felicia Cowden
Honorable Bill DeCosta
Honorable Ross Kagawa
Honorable KipuKai Kuali`i
Honorable Mel Rapozo
Minutes of the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Departmental Budget Reviews.
Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Kuali`i, seconded by
Councilmember Bulosan, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the
Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Departmental Budget Reviews was approved.
Minutes of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget Deliberation and Preliminary
Decision-Making Session.
Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Kuali`i, seconded by
Councilmember DeCosta, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the
Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget Deliberation and Preliminary Decision-Making
Session was approved.
Minutes of the June 19, 2024 Committee of the Whole Meeting.
Upon motion duly made by Councilmember Kuali`i, seconded by
Councilmember DeCosta, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of the
June 19, 2024 Committee of the Whole Meeting was approved.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
