RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENT
TO THE BOARD OF ETHICS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA'I, STATE
OFHAWAl'I:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua'i County Charter,
the Kaua'i County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral appointment
as follows:
BOARD OF ETHICS
Noelle L.C. Lau
Term Expires
12/31/2026
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution
to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Office of the Mayor for appropriate
distribution.
