HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2025-45COUNTY COUNCIL COUNTY OF KAUA'! l\,esolutionNo. 2025-45 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL REAPPOINTMENT TO THE BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA'I, STATE OF HAvVAI'I: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-2.2 (Section 112, International Building Code, 2006 Edition) of the Kaua'i County Code 1987, as amended, the Kaua'i County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral reappointment as follows: BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS Francis Ka'awa (At-Large) Term Expires 12/31/2028 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval. SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Department of Public Works - Building Division for appropriate distribution.
