RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL REAPPOINTMENT
TO THE BOARD OF REVIEW
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA'I, STATE
OFHAWAI'I:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kaua'i County Charter,
the Kaua'i County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral reappointment
as follows:
BOARD OF REVIEW Term Expires
12/31/2028 Graham Odenheimer
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution
to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Department of Finance -Real
Property Assessment Division for appropriate distribution.
