RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENT
TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA`I, STATE
OF HAVATAI`I:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kauai County Charter,
the Kauai County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral appointment
as follows:
PLANNING COMMISSION Term Expires
Dan V. Giovanni 12/31/2027
(Business)
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution
to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Planning Department for
appropriate distribution.
