RESOLUTION CONFIRMING MAYORAL APPOINTMENT
TO THE S�►LA]L�Y COMMISSION
BE IE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF KAUA`I, STATE
OF HAWAI`I:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 23.02 of the Kauai County Charter,
the Kauai County Council hereby approves the following Mayoral appointment
as follows:
SALARY COMMISSION Term Expires
SECTION 2.
Duane Kalani Kaipo Keale 12/31/2026
This Resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
SECTION 3. The County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this Resolution
to the Office of Boards and Commissions and the Office of the Mayor for appropriate
distribution.
