CLAIMS: C 2009-305 Communication (08/28/2009) from the County Clerk, transmitting a claim filed against the County of Kauai by Leland Yadao for monetary damages, including fees and interest related to posting bail, attorneys' fees, and loss of income, and for loss and injury to his federal and state constitutionally protected civil rights, pursuant to Section 23.06, Charter of the County of Kauai: Referred to the County Attorney's Office for disposition andlor report back to the Council.
