requesting Council approval to purchase a desk and chair
for $1200 and a computer system for $1600, for their new Senior
Clerk position.
C 2006-316 Communication (8/21/2006) from Clayton K. Arinaga, Acting Chief
of Police, requesting Council approval to accept and to add to KPD's
arsenal a Glock semi-automatic pistol valued at $400.00 donated by
David E. Matthews of Kekaha.
C 2006-317 Communication (912112006) from the Prosecuting Attorney,
requesting Council approval to apply for, receive, and expend
federal Highway Safety funds totaling $9,100 for equipment
and travel expenses relating to their Vehicular Crimes
Prosecution program.

to "Kaua`i Lagoons Affordable Housing Amended Agreement"

Agreement (Kaua`i Lagoons Affordable Housing}" between the
County of Kauai and Kauai Lagoons LLC, KD «raipouli LLC, KD
Kapule LLC, and KD Golf Ownership LLC, amending an
"Agreement (Kaua`i Lagoons Affordable Housing)" dated
February 18, 2005, in order to describe the affordable housing units
which will have to be provided, and to define the manner and
timing of the development of such affordable housing units in order
for the developer to fulfill its obligations under Ordinance

traffic school under the State Highway Safety Council
for the purposes stated therein.
