of a bill aniending Subsection (c) of Section 6-3.'Z of the Kauai

organizations that comply with the requirements of the

for accept and expend $50,000 in grant funding from the
Hawaii Tourism Authority, for projects relating to the visitor
industry.

requesting Council approval to receive and expend an additional
$463,500 in FY 'Z003 HOME funds for the Puhi Self-Help
Project and $36,500 in administrative funds and to indemnify

assigned to the Vice/Narcotics Unit replacing an existing
vehicle, which will be used for counter-narcotics operations.
