C 2005-828 Communication (08/30/2005) from the Prosecuting Attorney, requesting Council approval to expend Federal Asset Forfeiture Funds in the amount of $15,369.00 to purchase the following software and hardware equipment items: 1. Seven (7) inPURSUIT Law Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) user workstation licenses - $4,669.00 2. Four (4) computers (replacing computers purchased in 1999) - $10,000.00 3.
